Growing up, Todd struggled with dyslexia and attention disorders. In middle school, he overheard his guidance counselor telling his parents, “you’ll be lucky if he graduates from high school, but college is out of the question.” Fast forward to today, Todd is a proud alumnus of the University of Arizona and a member of the SALT Center advisory board — University of Arizona’s academic support program for students with learning disabilities and attention disorders. His story is an inspiring example, that with the right guidance and mindset, anyone can overcome adversity and serve others. Todd’s career success started in 1999, when he was a talk show host on the #1 radio station in Arizona. Trailblazing in content marketing and search engine optimization, his first website went crazy viral, generating 36 million visitors a year on $0 ad-spend and a career was born. From 2003 to 2007, Todd led digital marketing campaigns for seven of the largest nationally syndicated talk shows at ClearChannel & iHeart Radio.
