Week 1: How to use a Personalized Video Tool // How to write a Personalized Video Script
In the first session, boot campers will learn about the various personalized video tools that exist as well as receive a tutorial on the basics of Vidyard. Todd will teach you to be aware of remote selling red flags prospects provide and how to use video to situationally to close more deals than ever. Finally, Todd will introduce his Problem/Agitate/Solve Scripting Framework so you can create videos that will help you get discovered by new leads.
Assignment: Select a personalized video tool or set up a Vidyard account. Create for Todd a heart-to-heart video letting him know what you’re most excited to learn about in the bootcamp. Write one problem-agitate-solve script for usage next week.
Week 2: How to use a Teleprompter
In the second session, Todd will teach the basics of teleprompter usage. How to set-up and prepare yourself to record a teleprompter video, how to look and sound natural while reading from a script, and he’ll dive deep into his top “Todd Tips” he has learned from years of teleprompter usage.
Assignment: Create a teleprompter video using the script from Week 1.
Week 3: How Do You Close Between 41%-103% More proposals? // Show & Tell Video
In the third session, boot campers will learn how to record proposal videos (aka Show & Tell videos). Todd will cover tips for engaging presentation design, a step by step walkthrough of preparing for and recording a proposal video, how to customize decks to your prospects, the usage of virtual backgrounds, and how to utilize Zoom to present your proposals virtually.
Assignment: Submit a proposal video.
Week 4: How to Overcome Red Flags // Taking Follow Up Videos and Proposals to the Next Level
In session four, Todd will train boot campers on how to overcome red flags in the sales process and how to take their videos to the next level. Todd will discuss how to vet prospect’s feedback to identify which red flags aren’t worth overcoming and which deserve follow-up videos, how to recap your virtual presentations efficiently, how to handle questions you don’t know how to answer, and how soon you should follow up again with your prospects if you haven’t heard from them in a while.
Assignment: Each boot camper’s task this week will be to create a follow-up video responding to potential red flags their client may have about their proposal.
Week 5: How to Select the Videos that Maximize Your Impact
In the fifth session, boot campers will learn how to create videos that support their online presence and relationship development skills. Todd will cover how to address FAQ’s on social media and how to select what type of videos they should be making to help their business online.
Assignment: Use the skills taught in this session to answer a frequently asked question about their business.
Week 6: Recap and Q&A Session
In the final session Todd will open up the floor for an extended question and answer session, so come prepared with everything you’d like to know!
Assignment: Start using your new video skills!
In order to become an executive that understands the how to lead successful remote sales and marketing teams, you should anticipate spending 30 minutes a week completing your video submission and 30 minutes reviewing the weekly video submissions of your bootcamp partners. During the six week bootcamp, expect to invest 2 hours total per week.
All Zoom calls will be recorded and shared with you, in the event you have to miss a call. Perfect attendance is preferable, but sometimes life happens.
